I am an FTGI member, can I purchase tickets for my roommates at my member rate?

Unfortunately, member benefits only extend to the member for this event. Non-members will pay non-member rates.


When do I have to pay for the cruise?

Initial prices that have been quoted are guaranteed if a deposit is made by August 1, 2017. Room assignments are confirmed upon second payment. Payments can be made throughout the year and final payment is due February February 18, 2018.


There is an initial deposit required through FTGI for Unwavering Conference Attendees and any guests traveling with you. The deposit for Conference Attendees ranges between $95 and $125 depending on whether you are an FTGI member. Deposits for Non-Conference Attendees is $25.00. You will then be billed for the balance by our Cruise Coordinator and will have the opportunity to make payments all year long. Final payment is due February 18th, 2018.


If I have to cancel is it refundable?

The deposit is non-refundable any payments made after that are fully refundable up until February 18, 2018.


Can I secure my room right away?

Yes, you can choose to pay the first and second payment together and secure your room and price.


Can I room with my friends?

Yes! We encourage you to grab your friends and room together. When you register there is a field to choose your room type and a place to enter your roommate’s names. Your room type and room assignment will not be confirmed until second payment is made.


I would like to come alone, will FTGI assign me a roommate?

Yes, if you are traveling alone we will assign you one roommate and you will pay the double occupancy fee.

Can I bring my teenage girl? Will there be special programming for teens?

Yes, there will be a track for teen girls presented by our Shine for Teen Girls Program Coordinator. Accompanying adults are responsible for teens throughout the cruise.


Can I bring my family?

You are welcome to bring your family. Please understand that the FTGI Unwavering Conference and FTGI activities will be limited to women and teen girls only. However, there will be free time built in to enjoy with your loved ones and you will be able to have meals with your family.

When you register you will see options to register Unwavering Conference Attendees and Non-Conference Attendees. The rates quoted on the website are for Unwavering Conference attendees. The total cost for Non-Conference attendees will be less. After submitting your deposit our cruise coordinator will contact you with final pricing.


What will the schedule for the conference be?

We are busy finalizing the itinerary of the conference programming. On the mornings at sea there will be FTGI General Conference Sessions. Afternoons will be for free time and optional breakouts. We will be all be scheduled for dinner at the same time and in the same area of dining room and there will be an after dinner FTGI Deck Party on the first night of the cruise. On the day in the Port of Cozumel there will be optional FTGI hosted activities or you can choose to venture off on your own and take advantage of the activities offered by Carnival.


I am a Carnival VIFP member. Will I be able to use my discounts towards the cruise?

Yes, once you have booked you can let our cruise coordinator know your number and she will apply any perks or discounts you may be entitled to.


I found the cruise for a cheaper price online. Can I book separately and still participate in the conference?

All participants in the Unwavering Conference must book through FTGI in order to participate. There is a conference fee included in the pricing to cover the programming expenses which may account for the price difference.
