Twice a year, women of faith from all over Tampa Bay gather for an evening of inspiration, fun, treats, shopping and a chance to connect with each other.

This journey of life is so much easier and more fulfilling when we journey together, sharing the joys, and encouraging each other through the rough spots! No matter where you are in your journey you are welcome. We know that you will leave encouraged for the next leg!

Tracey Metzger | Keynote Speaker
Founder of FTGI

Tracey is a speaker and writer who inspires her audiences to learn how to own their stories, overcome obstacles, and live their lives to their full potential. As the co-founder for For The Girls International, Tracey enjoys connecting with women of all ages and walks of life, inviting them into a sisterhood of love, support, and encouragement.

After ten years as the Executive Director for FTGI, she has recently transitioned to Board Chair and is now working alongside her husband, as the Director of Leadership Development, in their business, Chick-fil-A Palm Harbor.

Tracey and her husband of 33 years, Dan, have lived in Tampa Bay since 1994. They have two sons, a daughter, a daughter -in-law, and two sweet granddaughters.

Chrissy Mayer | Evening’s Host & Panel Mediator
Hope Rising Founder

Chrissy Mayer is the founder of Hope Rising, Grace Family Church’s womens prison ministry.
She and her husband Hal have served together in the local church for over 14 years, ministering to both youth and young adults. As a continual student of the interconnectedness of poverty, mass incarceration, and sex trafficking, Chrissy and her husband are foster parents who are passionate about the empowerment of black youth, racial reconciliation and the role of the local Church.
She is fueled by deep conversations and dreaming with friends of ways to love the crazy mess out of people.

Jayde Gray

FTGI | Program Director

Jayde Gray’s superpower is her extraordinary amount of patience, which
allows her to maintain calm for herself and her co-workers in otherwise stressful situations. Because of this, she has thrived in her career, which has taken her from the elementary school classroom to Program Director at For the Girls International (FTGI). During her tenure at FTGI, she has overseen a variety of programs, but her heartbeat is their SHINE program. The goal of SHINE is to awaken teenage girls to their worth, strength, and purpose. Not only has Jayde helped develop this program from its infancy, she jumped in knee-deep, leading groups and mentoring girls in the program. Her passion is to see women and girls awaken to their purpose and live life to their fullest potential, and her role at FTGI allows her to live this out daily.

Alivia McDaniel
Founder of SimplyLiv

Alivia McDaniel was an NCAA soccer player and graduated with Bachelors in Marketing from the University of South Florida. She is the founder of Your Best She, a nonprofit organization empowering women to be the best they can be through physical, mental, and spiritual health. She is also launching her first SisterhoodCo Conference this year and is passionate about helping women find true joy in the midst of the battle, not just after the battle in won. She has a mini poodle named Winston and is happily engaged. You can find her on social media @simplyliv.co

Dr. Suzanne Demers Foley
Seagate Chiropractic

Dr. Demers Foley is a Doctor of Chiropractic and owner of Seagate Chiropractic. Her heart to give back to the community compelled her to open her first outreach clinic at Tampa Bay Christian Academy in 2016 where she not only adjusts the students and teachers but provides health seminars for the students, faculty and families. The love for serving the community continued as she opened a second outreach clinic at Metropolitan Ministries in downtown Tampa adjusting the staff and residents. Her mission is to make Tampa Bay the healthiest place in the country and delivering the 5 essentials to everyone.

India White 
Author | Educator

India was described by Senator Marco Rubio as an “Inspirational story for America.” Audiences learn from her hardships and triumphs in life, leadership and education. A former homeless student who was kicked out of her house on Christmas Eve at the age of 16. She was named Teacher of the Year in two different counties while publishing 18 books and being an Assistant Principal and business owner in Florida. National Association of Professional Women, Take Stock in Children, and International Women’s League Association all named India as their Woman of the Year. As a Gates Millennium Scholar and McKnight Doctoral Fellow, she has used her platform to pay it forward as an educational example while helping to raise millions of dollars in scholarships for at-risk students.
